As more pet foods are recalled, many pet owners in the Triangle are pondering what exactly is a “safe” pet food?

Some industrious owners are even venturing into the kitchen to cook for their four-legged children. Both options pose difficulties: how do you know what foods are safe and what exactly goes on the doggy food pyramid?

Enter Safe Food Pet Day hosted by AniMall Pet Adoption & Outreach Center. This FREE event provides a day of food and education for owners and their pets.

Safe Food Pet Day will be held Saturday, June 23 from 10-6pm @ the Morrisville Outlet Mall, (I-40, exit 284). The event will be held outside of the Outlet Mall near the Saks Fifth Ave entrance.
